This unpasturised goats milk cheese is made using vegetarian rennet in Cerney, Gloucester. Made from using a unique starter culture and shaped into a pyramid it is then rolled in an oak ash and sea salt mix from France. It has a beautiful fresh, mild flavour and has been crowned Supreme Champion at the British Cheese awards several times.
