Camembert Artisan Normand

A traditional mould ripened cheese made from unpasturised cows milk in Normandy. We enjoy Camembert with a large glass of Calvados, a spirit which can be used to wash the rind of the cheese, the sharpness of the apple partners particularly well with the nutty nature of this humble little cheese.
