Le Cret Gruyere

Gruyere from Le Cret is aged that little bit longer, which enables it to develop into a more intense tasting Alpine cheese. Traditionally used in fondue, Gruyere is ideal for melting and cooking with, but we also enjoy it simply with a glass of sweet white wine.
